Jep, byebye CP farm   also no more deepstriking turn 1, more expensive stratagems for Knights, and a new stratagem that grants cover for all units of the player who goes second, quite interesting. 
It should definitely shake the meta up a bit, no more command point farms and alternatives for Knight lists.
